1More ColorBuds is a new pair of True Wireless(TWS) In-ear headphones from 1More TWS collection with more colours to choose and in a more compact body compared their popular 1More Stylish TWS earphone with similar specs and same $100 price tag.
In terms of specs, 1more doesn’t seem to be compromised anything to make them much smaller compared to previous TWS offerings like 1more Stylish or 1More TrueWireless ANC. Both had a larger size and sticks out a little bit from ear compared to other TWS earphones in the market.

Design
In terms of Design 1More ColorBuds Buds and charging case got more compact compared to 1More Stylish and 1More TWS ANC. According to 1more the Buds got streamlined design which offers long-lasting comfort without any ear fatigue for the long-duration listening experience. they also included multiple ear tip sizes to find the perfect fit. The earbuds rated for IPX5 water and sweat resistance.
The charging case also became much smaller compared to the previous model and got a glossy design instead of matt texture. And comes with USB Type-C instead of Micro USB which is present in 1More Stylish.
1More ColorBuds comes in 4 colours Midnight Black, Twilight Gold, Spearmint Green and Sakura Pink with a metallic finish. The Buds weighs 4.1 gram and charging case weighs 32.1 gram, so combined weight of 40.3 gram.
Controls
1More ColorBuds comes with only Touch control compared to 1More Stylish button control or Combined Touch and Button control in 1more TWS ANC. in 1More ColorBuds have Double Tap to answer calls or hang up the call or Double-tap to play and pause the music. the Play and pause also work automatically with Smart playback feature due to the presence of an Infrared sensor which is new to 1More TWS family. with Triple tap, you can enable your voice assistant.
According to 1More, they will enable Volume Control through the 1More App with future firmware as like they have done with 1More stylish. But there is no support for ambient mode(pass-through audio) in this pair of TWS. Also according to 1More, we can customize the Double-tap gesture with future firmware updates.
Audio Quality
1More ColorBuds features a single balanced armature driver to deliver higher definition, higher sensitivity and abundant details across all frequency ranges. ColorBuds is tuned by 4-time Grammy award winner Luca Bignardi as like other 1More audio products. The ColourBuds supports AAC and aptX codec for HD audio.
when I see a balanced armature driver is powering all the frequencies I got doubted about its bass producing capability, but according to audio product reviewers like Gamesky and EL JEFE this ColorBuds Produces 1more signature sound with very warm, very rich audio with excellent deep, tight bass response, with great vocals and good treble response. you can check out their mini-review in the above links.
Audio Recording
1More ColorBuds carry 4 microphones with cVc 8.0 Environmental Noise Cancellation technology to produce crystal clear calls.
From the Gamesky and EL JEFE video it looks great for an TWS earphone.
Battery Life and Charging
1More Claims 6 hours battery life for Buds with AAC at 50% volume. According to EL JEFE , he got 6 hours at 75% volume. so that is great. The charging case can carry an additional 16 hours of battery so overall 1More ColorBuds can provide 22 hours of battery life. Buds carry 55 mAh battery and charging case carries 410 mAh battery inside it.
The Buds support fast charging, 15 minutes of charging can give you 2 hours of listening time. buds will take 70 minutes to full charge and charging case will take 85 minutes to fully charge.
Pricing and availability
1More ColorBuds are currently available only in the US market for a $100 price tag. But they already providing 20% discount code for pre-orders. checkout their official website to get the discount code.
I think 1More will launch the 1More ColorBuds in India very soon considering 1More stylish has been very popular here and we can expect launching price of 7-8K rupees, but probably get a discount soon as like every 1More product and will most probably selling for 5.5-6.5K rupees. As a big fan of 1more audio products, I will try to get hands-on 1More ColorBuds and will provide my final thoughts or full review.
